Thank you for supporting independent authors. Because many items are digital or made-to-order, please review the policy below before purchasing.

Digital Products (Audiobooks)

All audiobook purchases are final and non-refundable.

Audiobooks are delivered digitally through BookFunnel, which provides secure delivery and technical support. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available.

If you experience any issues accessing your audiobook, please contact BookFunnel support or reach out to us and we will help ensure you receive your purchase.


Art Prints (U.S. Shipping Only)

Art prints are fulfilled and shipped from the United States and are available to U.S. customers only.

We do not offer refunds on art prints.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide an exchange for the same item.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item

Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement print will be sent.


Print Books

Physical books are printed on demand and fulfilled by BookVault.

Because these books are produced specifically for each order, returns and refunds are not accepted.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement copy.
